Meet Luke Hart

With 12 years of experience in real estate, I have seen it all, the successes, the challenges, and everything in between. I have watched too many agents overpromise, underdeliver, and focus more on themselves than their clients. That is why I do things differently.

For me, real estate is about people. It is about honesty, communication, and trust. I pride myself on being upfront, responsive, and completely transparent, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence. I do not play pricing games or hide issues. If there is something you need to know, I will tell you straight.

I believe every property deserves to shine. Marketing should focus on the home, not the agent, and I invest in professional photography, video, and digital campaigns designed to reach the right buyers. Whether it is selling a home or managing an investment, I handle every detail quickly and professionally, from urgent repairs like a broken hot water system to ongoing tenant care, so my clients never have to worry.

I am not here to chase fast sales or collect listings. I build long term relationships based on honesty, follow through, and results. Many of my clients return or refer others because they know I will treat them with respect and deliver on my promises.
